What payment methods Tedsby supports?
We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal.
At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal.
PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.
Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?
After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal.
PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.
Shipping policy
I ship the bears within 1-2 business days.
I am very careful about the safety of the teddy to be sent to you. Therefore, there are several stages of packaging:
- Teddy is put into the box. (All bears are packed in beautiful gift boxes with satin ribbons);
- This gift box is packed in stretch film;
- A gift box with a bear is put in the box of the postal service;
- The postal service box is also packed in a waterproof bag.
After sending the parcel, I will send the track number, photo of the parcel and postal receipt.
By the way, to all my bears I draw small portraits for their passports))
Returns policy
Teddy return is possible within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
Refund occurs after I receive the returned package, minus the cost of return shipping.

Such a lovely bear with contrasting but subtle colours. Very soft and cuddly and has a lovely expression. He will not need his woollens today as it is very hot in the UK.

Florian is a gorgeous bear! The photos don't do him justice. Every detail is perfect - including the beautiful hand made pendant that he wears. I absolutely adore his face, and smile every time I pass him sitting on our shelf. Thank you Mila for sending this bit of joy all the way to the US!
